Mackenzie has been employed with Muth Electric since January 2018. She graduated from South Dakota State University with a degree in Consumer Affairs. She regularly travels to technical school events to promote Muth Electric and the multiple opportunities they offer. Her favorite part of recruiting is getting to meet and make connections with students and future co-workers. Mackenzie works out of the corporate office in Mitchell.

Michelle has been employed with Muth Electric since August 2017 as a Recruiter. She is originally from El Paso Texas and has been living in South Dakota since 2002. She is bilingual fluent in Spanish and English. Her main focus is educating high school students about the benefits of pursuing the electrical trade and all the opportunities the electrical field has to offer. Michelle works out of the corporate office in Mitchell.

Workforce Recruitment

Muth Electric partners with Mitchell Technical Institute in Mitchell, South Dakota to help cover tuition costs with an agreement that the electrician works for at least 2 years in our Huron, South Dakota or Aberdeen, South Dakota locations

Tuition Reimbursement

A $10,000 scholarship awarded to students that have graduated from a technical college with an Electrical Construction and Maintenance degree with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
